Groups of 20 to 200, three to five days, one point of contact
We operate on the ground in Da Nang ourselves. Nothing is subcontracted to a third party you never meet: you deal with the people who hold the hotel contracts, not with an intermediary who has to go and ask.

The city already has the infrastructure. Our job is matching it correctly
Da Nang is the most organised MICE destination in Vietnam today. The city runs a dedicated MICE promotion programme through 2026 with support measures for organisers and groups, which means infrastructure is not the constraint.
The constraint is matching the right hotel, the right ballroom and the right season to the size of your group. Those three decisions account for most of what goes right or wrong in a Da Nang programme, and none of them are visible in a rate sheet.
Meeting space and delegate packages
Room sourcing against your real capacity requirement, delegate packages, AV, breakout space, registration.
Reward programmes end to end
Structure, experiences across three destinations, and an awards evening placed where it lands.
Beach, ballroom or riverside
Stage, backdrop, lighting, bilingual MC and a rehearsed awards run of show.
Beach, city and CSR formats
Assigned teams, mixed formats, and a written indoor alternative for every outdoor element.
Launches, anniversaries, dealer meetings
Production-led events where fixed staging rather than headcount drives the budget.
Named properties, live availability
Hotels that hold both the room block and the function space on your dates.
Why here
Direct flights, airport inside the city
One hour twenty from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with growing regional connections. The airport sits about fifteen minutes from the city centre and twenty to thirty from the beach resorts. For large groups arriving on several flights, that short transfer distance materially reduces the cost of running arrivals in waves.
The city's 2026 MICE promotion programme
Da Nang runs a MICE support scheme across the whole of 2026, with a stimulus package of tens of thousands of offers and a first city MICE award. We prepare and file the application on the group's behalf, which is administrative work operators based outside the city routinely skip.
Three destinations inside one programme
My Khe beach, the old town of Hoi An and the Ba Na Hills complex all sit within an hour's drive. A three-day programme can take in all three without losing a day to transit, which neither Phu Quoc nor Nha Trang can offer.
Already used to international groups
International delegates made up the majority of MICE arrivals in early 2026, led by India, Malaysia, China and Singapore. In practice that means kitchens that handle Halal and vegetarian properly, hotels that know group procedure, and guides whose English holds up in a working meeting.
February to May, and September to November
Two windows rather than one. The spring months are the most reliable weather of the year; the autumn shoulder is where the value is, once the domestic peak has passed.
June and July are the two hardest months
Domestic peak overlaps with major city events. For groups from 120 delegates upward, the number of hotels that can still offer both the rooms and the ballroom drops sharply. We say so upfront rather than accepting the booking and improvising later.
Start where you are
Most planners arriving here are at one of three stages. Rather than making you read everything, here is where to go.
Still deciding
The Da Nang MICE guide covers what the city does better than the island destinations, what it does worse, and when to choose somewhere else.
You know roughly what you need
The service hub covers everything we operate, with a page for each service and each group size band.
You need numbers internally
Indicative rates by group size, seasonal multipliers, and the two thresholds where per-person cost goes back up.
What is contractual, not promised
| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| First reply in 8 working hours | GMT+7, Monday to Friday. Tracked with an internal timer that escalates before the deadline. |
| Detailed quote in 3 working days | Named properties, day-by-day programme, rate breakdown by group size. |
| Quote within 15% of the indicative range | Provided the brief is accurate and destination, grade and season do not change. |
| Seven-day soft hold, free | Room block and function space held while you get internal approval. No money at this stage. |
| Deposit on a guaranteed minimum | 35%, calculated on a committed minimum headcount, with a 5-10% shortfall carrying no penalty. |
| Fixed staffing ratios | One guide per 28 guests, one coordinator per 50, a supervisor and a medic from 100. |
| Written weather fallback | Contracted and held, with a stated decision deadline — not identified on the day. |
| Post-event report in 3 working days | Photographs, video, attendance list and itemised account, formatted for internal audit. |
Send a brief, get feasibility the same day
Four fields is enough to start: destination, group size band, month and duration, and a work email.
Questions travellers ask most
What is the smallest group you take?
Twenty. Below that the fixed costs of a MICE structure spread across too few people and you are paying corporate prices for something a good travel agent could arrange more cheaply. We will tell you that rather than take the booking.
Do you handle flights?
No. We quote and operate the ground programme only. We will hold group seats through an airline group desk if it helps, but ticketing sits with you or your agent.
How far ahead should we book?
Forty-five days under 50 delegates, sixty for 50-100, ninety for 100-200. Add a month for June and July, when domestic demand and city events compete for the same space.
Can a programme cover Da Nang, Hoi An and Ba Na in three days?
Yes, and it is the most common shape we run. All three sit within an hour's drive, so the programme does not lose a day to transit. What it does need is deliberate sequencing, because Ba Na and Hoi An are both busiest in the middle of the day.
